What is QuadPay?
QuadPay’s payment platform gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via 4 simple, interest-free installments. QuadPay is a platform built for shoppers, that empowers you to buy now, pay over time and avoid interest repayments.
What does it cost to use QuadPay?
If a customer pays on time, there is never a cost to using QuadPay.
Is there a hard credit check?
No. QuadPay never performs a hard credit check on a customer and there is no impact on your credit rating by using QuadPay.
What payment types are accepted?
QuadPay accepts all U.S. credit and debit cards (including American Express and Discover).
However, QuadPay cannot accept credit or debit cards from overseas or pre-paid debit cards.
Who can use QuadPay?
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:
Live in the U.S.
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
Use a U.S. credit or debit card to make a purchase
What information does QuadPay need to sign up?
To sign up, QuadPay needs to know is your name, address, date of birth, US mobile number and a US debit or credit card.
Why was I not approved for QuadPay?
QuadPay assesses multiple information points about customers and their purchases to algorithmically determine customers' eligibility to use their service. QuadPay undertakes this assessment independently of their retail partners.

When is my next payment is due?
Your first payment of 25% of the total amount will be made at the time of checkout. The three remaining payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from your first payment date.
You can view or make a manual payment in the customer portal: https://customer.quadpay.com/
You can also pay the purchase in full early.
What if I miss my payment?
Notify QuadPay by clicking here, to avoid a late fee if your payment method is not up-to-date or if you can’t make your next payment. Please note that QuadPay will determine whether or not a payment date change can be honored.
Will I be notified of my QuadPay installments?
QuadPay notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.
How does QuadPay handle when a customer returns an item purchased with QuadPay?
As soon as QuadPay is notified of the return from us, you will be refunded.
How can I update my payment details?
You can update their payment information in the https://customer.quadpay.com/
