How to Apply

Shake the bottle well to blend the formula before use.
Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat on all ten nails.
Apply a thin layer of Rubble to five nails and cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat and cure again.
Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat.
