How to Apply
- Apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat and cure.
- Apply two thin coats of Frostbite, curing between each layer.
- Seal with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure until fully set.
- Wipe nails with alcohol to remove residue and reveal shine.
