How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat.

- Apply two thin coats of Needles & Red, curing after each.
- Seal with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure.
- Wipe nails with rubbing alcohol to remove sticky layer.
