How to Apply
- Shake bottle to blend shimmer particles evenly.
- Apply thin layer over cured Shellac Base Coat.
- Cure for 2 minutes in CND UV lamp.
- Apply second coat and cure again.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure.
