How to Apply
- Shake to blend, then apply and cure Shellac Base Coat.
- Apply a thin layer of Liberté to all five nails.
- Cure for 2 minutes in a CND UV Lamp, then repeat on the other hand.
- Apply a second coat using the same process.
- Seal with Shellac Top Coat and cure to finish.
