How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat. Cure in LED lamp.
- Apply one thin coat of Outrage-Yes. Cure in LED lamp.
- Apply a second thin coat of color. Cure in LED lamp.
- Finish with Xpress5 Top Coat. Cure in LED lamp.
- Wipe nails with alcohol to remove tacky residue.
