Quick drying, glossy, and affordable

Clearly On Top is my favorite top coat. I love KBS' top coat for several reasons; quick drying, no shrinkage, glossy, it's affordable as it is already but the fact that there are 2oz and 4oz refills that make the price per ounce even cheaper is a huge bonus.

Thick, glossy and smooth

I have used a good handful of glossy top coats and this one is my favorite! I love how it doesn't get stringy half way through the bottle. I just bought 3 more bottles.
