I have been a KB Shimmer fan for years and I am so excited to be able to purchase this brand at Sleek Nail. I have had my eye on this one for a very long time and finally ordered it. It is absolutely lovely, great formula, excellent wear time, and it reminds me of a starry night. Fun base color for stamping.
