How to Apply

Shake well to blend the formula before use.
Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat according to instructions.
Apply a thin layer of Toffee Talk to all five nails and cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
Apply a second coat using the same process.
Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
