How to Apply

Shake to blend, then apply and cure Shellac Base Coat.
Apply a thin layer of Liberté to all five nails.
Cure for 2 minutes in a CND UV Lamp, then repeat on the other hand.
Apply a second coat using the same process.
Seal with Shellac Top Coat and cure to finish.
