How to Apply

Apply CND Shellac Base Coat and cure for 10 seconds in LED or 1 minute in UV.
Apply a thin layer of Rubble to all five nails and cure for 1 minute in LED or 2 minutes in UV.
Apply a second thin coat and cure using the same timing.
Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds in LED or 2 minutes in UV.
Wipe nails with rubbing alcohol to remove the tacky layer.
