Can not get this polish to set. I reached out to customer service 2x, No response

Not sure what I dislike more, the polish or the customer service. I cannot get this gel to set. I’ve reached out to Essie directly and they told me that they feel the bottle is defective. I will definitely not use this company again because they do not respond to customers. Mind you, there were other items in the purchase that were fine. They should definitely answer customer emails

requires more coats

I have both the regular polish and the gel polish. The regular polish is a more vibrant pale pink, which is what I was going for, while the gel came out more nude. It looks lovely, but just wasn’t what I was hoping for. The lighter chip in my thumb is the regular polish, the rest is the gel.
