How to Apply

Shake well to blend the formula before use.
Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat according to directions.
Apply a thin layer of Blue Eyeshadow to all five nails and cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV lamp.
Repeat the color coat and cure process for full, saturated coverage.
Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
