How to Apply

Shake the bottle to fully blend the formula before use.
Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat according to directions.
Apply a thin layer of Of The Moment to all five nails and cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV lamp.
Repeat the color step on the opposite hand, then apply a second coat and cure.
Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
