How to Apply

Shake well to blend the formula before use.
Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat according to directions.
Apply a thin layer of Rose-Mance to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat and cure again.
Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat to seal and protect.
