Soothing conditioners help to soften the cuticle while acting as a cuticle remover. Works with natural nails or artificial nails. How To Use: File nails and soak in water solution. Dry hands and apply Cuticle Softener & Remover. Gently push cuticles back with a cuticle pusher. Remove excess with a towel and apply cuticle cream. Do not use nippers unless necessary to remove hang nails.
