Hard to use

Apres top coat is no wipe and comes in a bigger size than most of the other brands (15ml). But it has this weirdly thin and runny consistency that just floods my cuticles and side walls. It also doesn't seem to lay flat. I wouldn't recommend unless there is something I'm missing.
