Apply one coat of Prismatic Gel Couleur in your chosen shade.
For Cat Eye finishes, use a magnet wand to arrange shimmer before curing.
Cure for 30 seconds under an LED lamp.
Finish with Apres Non-Wipe Top Gelcoat and cure.
