How to Apply

Shake well to blend, then apply and cure Shellac Base Coat.
Apply a thin layer of Rule Breaker to all five nails.
Cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp, then repeat on the other hand.
Apply a second coat using the same process.
Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
