Hella Holo sold here! That's right, this lustrous pot of ultra-fine, loose holographic nail art powder is just what you need to brighten up your manicure. Each pot of Hella Holo comes with 0.5g of pixie dust worthy nail magic along with a soft tip sponge applicator wand to buff that chrome rainbow onto your nails.
For use with gel polish: we recommend that you use a dark-colored (black is the best) gel polish as your base color. You will need to cure a top coat over your base color before applying our powder. Once the topcoat is cured and dry, use the sponge applicator wand to scoops up some powder and begin rubbing firmly over the tops of your nails until your nails look like chromed out holo awesomeness! After you achieve your desired level of shine, apply another top coat, and cure one last time.
For use over regular polish: you will need our Sticky Base Coat and Smudge Free Top Coat for this look. Gently rub the powder on to a stamper. Wait until your base color is completely dry. Apply Sticky Base Coat, wait until it's dry to touch (around a minute or 2). Stamp the powder on your nail, dust off any extra on your skin then seal with our Smudge Free Top Coat. Alternatively, you can also rub the powder onto your nails.
All powders and pigments have different structures and finish so powder and pigments of the same weight will look different in volume. Content is filled by weight and not by volume. The container will look as half-full only.
