How to Apply

Shake well to blend shimmer particles evenly.
Apply a thin layer over cured Shellac Base Coat and cure for 2 minutes in CND UV lamp.
Apply a second thin coat and cure for 2 minutes.
Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure.
