How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a gel base coat
- Apply DND DC 9D Cat Eye in Chrome Cat and use a magnet to create the cat-eye effect while uncured
- Cure one nail at a time under a UV/LED lamp
- Seal with a gel top coat and finish with cuticle oil
