How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a gel base coat, cure fully
- Apply one coat of Lucky Cat, hold magnet over the nail to create the cat-eye effect
- Cure one nail at a time under UV/LED lamp
- Seal with gel top coat, cure, and finish with cuticle oil
