How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a gel base coat, then cure
- Apply a layer of Paw & Order and hold a magnet over the wet polish to activate the cat eye effect
- Cure one nail at a time under a UV or LED lamp
- Apply a second layer if desired, repeat the magnetic step, and cure
- Seal with a gel top coat, cure, and finish with cuticle oil
