Strong Adhesion Base Coat secures nail lacquer for long lasting bond. Bonding Base Coat. Free of DBP, Toluene and added formaldehyde.
How To Use:
Apply one coat to clean bare nails. Allow base coat to dry completely. Apply nail lacquer. For best results, finish with any China Glaze Top Coat.
