Twinkle Tweed is a tweed-textured glitter topper with multi-colored holographic short-slice pieces.

This sparkly, tweed-inspired topper is both classy and fabulous, as Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel insists. Wear it on bare or neutral nails for an elegant look. If you prefer a modern take on French couture, layer it over a little-black-dress shade or houndstooth design.

Please note glitter polishes dry slightly textured. We recommend applying 2 layers of top coat to smooth out the finish.
